Pricing FAQ
The money questions.
Why is the CEO free?
Because you can't judge a CEO from a screenshot. Set up the company, talk to it, build the org chart. If it's useful, you'll want it to build something — that's when you pay. Upgrades are conversations the CEO starts when growth hits a limit, not banners.
Do you take a cut of my revenue?
Never. Your customers pay your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Catalation is not the merchant of record and never touches the money.
What about AI costs?
Billed by your providers on your keys, at their prices. We show you spend per role and per provider and let you set cost caps, but we never resell tokens.
Do I need a company to subscribe?
No. Individuals and sole traders can subscribe and connect Stripe. When an entity makes sense the CEO tells you — Catalation never registers one for you.
Is Enterprise really $999?
$999/month is the platform subscription. Enterprise is sold with white-glove onboarding and a negotiated SLA, and on-prem is in beta — talk to us before you plan on it.
